My printer is fine, but ever since the update on HP Smart app, my app has not been working on my laptop. As soon as I press it, it loads for a second and then disappears on my computer screen. I can print just fine without using the app, but I can not scan using the app.
The app was working a few days ago, but it is not now.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, and the app disappears every time. I also called support, but they said to wait for 24 hours. I did (over 24 hours), and it has not changed for the better at all.
