HP Smart App scan won't save

When using the HP Smart app on my Mac it scans fine but when I hit the save button nothing happens. It changes colour but nothing saves.

This is happening on both of my printers.

Where did you get HP Smart App for MacOS?

I would guess that the HP Smart application is meant for iOS (different animal in the Apple world).

If this is the case, and assuming the application works at all, the results will be less than stellar.

I could be wrong - I do have iOS (iPad Pro) but not a MacOS system that I can check for you.
