HP Software does not start scan

Hi Betty0610,

 

My local userid is already administrator and I already executed additional the software installation and the basic driver installation with admin rights. I don't believe that an additional userid would change the situation.

 

The scanner may be started with other programs and the HP program  HPScan.exe executed directly from the HP software directory ../bin opens the form and executes successfully. Only the HP printer program does not work.

Hello,

 

I did not find a similar user forum in Germany.

 

This may be a timing problem. If I start HPScan.exe direktly it lasts about 20 sec till the scan form pops up.

Using the defined start icon nothing happened.
