ePrint relies on Web Services.

If Web Services is down, then you are correct - you won't be able to use the service until Web Services is restored.

Our community has no ability to see or influence whether Cloud Service / Web Services is working.

Yeah, but - what can be done?

You can stop Web Services - wait a minute or ten - start Web Services.

Will that help?

Unknown - it is admittedly not "much" but it is the only thing you can do on "your side"; the rest is up to HP servers to provide the service.  That is the part we cannot see and cannot "fix".

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Web Services > Web Services Settings > Summary

OR

Open website:  HP Smart / HP Connected

Open category How to > Turning On Web Services  (Includes “Turn off Web Services” help)

You will have to use other methods to transfer the data until Web Services starts working again.
