HP5032
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Brand New HP5032 on 28/12/2019: Wireless connection inoperable. Tried HP Doctor facility. Still inoperable!

This is the 1st time trying to scan A similar problem occurs when I try to print - although each time (twice only) by disconnecting 5032 from mains & then reconnectig as suggested by HP  a document was printed..

Help please...

Was the Software installed successfully?  Seems that the connectivity is dropping.  

 

Check out these resources in the order provided that will (hopefully) help to resolve your issue:

What to do when Wifi  keeps dropping

Download and install FULL featured software

Scan multiple pages
