Brand New HP5032 on 28/12/2019: Wireless connection inoperable. Tried HP Doctor facility. Still inoperable!
This is the 1st time trying to scan A similar problem occurs when I try to print - although each time (twice only) by disconnecting 5032 from mains & then reconnectig as suggested by HP a document was printed..

Was the Software installed successfully? Seems that the connectivity is dropping.
