Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710

I'm trying to scan to an email from the printer control panel.  I select scan, then email, enter in the email I'm sending it to (the from email auto populates), and then select scan.  Error message is stating username or password is incorrect.   I'm not able to find any user name or account setup for scanning to email.

For username/password try admin admin

Or it maybe asking for your email username/password.

You can control that in Scan, then Scan to Email, then click on Scan to Email Setup.

At the bottom you can send a test email.

I'm not able to find the Scan to Email Setup.   Scan -> Email -> Settings only options for page size, single or double sided.  Nothing for scan to email setup.

Are you running the latest firmware WBP2CN2024AR

If not then upgrade via Tools, Printer Updates, Firmware Updates
