Have had printer for a few years now. It has ceased scanning, with the note to contact 123.hp to download servers/drivers. I've gone through everything I am able to, and cannot get to work. (The print/scan doctor was no help.) Right now, I'm not sure where to go or who to ask for help.

I understand that you are unable to scan after windows update.
- Are you able to make a copy?
- From which application you are scanning?
- While performing a scan, you are getting any error message?
Please try to install and use the HP smart app and check.
