Hello josh_malpas

What printer are you using and what operating system? Have you tried re-installing the latest Full Feature Software?

I have figured it out... i haven't found this answer anywhere else, so i hope others come to this feed to see it...

it would seem that, if your resolution is any higher than 300dpi, it will not allow you to scan multiple pages, must be because the file size would be too big... clever? or just annoying.... not sure, but at least now i can do multiple pages...

SOLVED!!!!!!!!!

Hello josh_malpas

Yes some printer software does not allow higher than 300ppi when scanning a multipage document. It is more than likely because of file size. I'm glad you were able to solve your problem.

My photosmart 4680 worked well on my  HP computer and I could scan a multipage file by pressing scan till the last page and then I pressed "finish".  I got a MacBook, and now I can only scan one page per document.  Do you know why this is happening>

Hi there, I worked this out for myself the other day, The problem is that at higher resolutions (we all want the best scanned image possible!!!!) it locks out the ability to scan multiple pages... Maybe it is a file size managing feature, annoying I think, however, that it how it works for me... So unless you keep resolution at or below 300ppi, The add a page Button will not be There... Hope this helps!!!!!

Thx, I'll try it right away, even though I have it at 300 ppi. I'll let you know.
