Hello,  I am having trouble scanning multiple documents.   I used to do it this way: click on SCAN, click on Save as PDF, then I clicked on my computer.  However, now the PDF option does not show so I cannot select it.   When I click on SCAN, the next option is choose the computer to scan to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you would like to scan multiple documents as PDF to your MAC. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Are you trying to scan from the printer screen?
  • If you are trying to scan from your MAC, which application are you using?

For now, let us try these steps:

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

If you would like to know how to scan multiple documents to PDF from your MAC, use the HP Easy Scan app as mentioned in this document.
