I can only scan with auto feed. In past , i was able to manually load document and scan it. without autofeed.Why?  

 

I have made no changes.

HP Easy Scan was Supported in MacOS Catalina, however you could Scan using Apple Image Capture as a workaround. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06455960

 

But MacOS 10.15.3 (released 1/28/2020) contains the fix for HP Easy Scan.  Once updated HP Easy Scan will be able to scan from the glass or the ADF as normal.

 

Please ensure your Mac has the latest updates and also download the latest HP Easy Scan App
