I have a officejet Pro 9015, I can receive  faxes but cannot send.

@kmw1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Are you using a dedicated fax line or a shared line?

Run a fax test on the printer and check the results.

Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Resolving Fax Problems

  • Yes to everything u have said. I have spoken to h.p. and they have directed me to my telephone provider vonage, and I asked them to check my fax line for problems. They related it might be a problem with the telephone wire im using. So i have gotten a  new wire for my 9015... guess what,, not sending so as i write this letter I have call vonage again (7× this week and 7x for h.p) and the young lady debugging the vonage box. Brother Kumar,,, stay tune..

P.s: Run the fax test on the printer that will tell you if any issues with the fax setup.
