HI Support team, 

 

I have a problem sending scans from your device.
The configuration is the same as the configuration of my e-mail program. For a long time now working when trying to send a scan gets the following message:

 

One or more recipient addresses are not valid. Check your email recipient's address and try again.

 

when I make another profile for sending mail and how will I test the profile works. Sends a test email.

 

Can You help me?

It clearly says One or more recipient addresses are not valid. Check your email recipient's address and try again.. Please check your address book/contact list on your printer.

thanks for your answear, I checked. The problem persists all the time. Now I have the message:

I think errors are randomly generated.

 

The device could not send the test email message. (emailServerSettingPage-ErrorSecureConnectFailed)

 

or

Protocol not supported. Check your network configurations and try again.
