Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Let's make sure you have installed the Full Featured Software and Drivers from the HP web site:https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04675142
And, also install instal;l HP Smart App. The HP Smart app includes tools to print, scan, check ink levels, and set up your printer on a wireless network.
