I have Officejetofficejet 6500 e710n z and Apps not connecting (wireless/static IP) today.  I need this to select Scan to Email option which I used ok until today.  When I click on the Apps icon on the screen I get a button that says "Get More" with an arrow and nothing happens when I click on it

Thank you for the reply, however, I did not have an issue with web services and they were enabled (I could do other things over web).  My problem is that I could no longer use the Scan to Email App from the printer's touch screen.  It appears that the Apps button on my printer's touch screen connected to an hpeprintcenter web link that is no longer active or retired (link was lost from one day to the next).  To override this,  I now connect to email through my laptop in the home network.  So I scan a doc and it automatically drops this to an outgoing email in my laptop's email app.  I can then send the email from my laptop.   Beforehand, it was simpler because all I had to do is type an email address on my printers touch screen.  But that option seems to be no longer available.
