I have recently got a new modem but cannot get the printer on to it. Tried pressing the wps button on both printer and modem countless time’s but no joy. Also currently trying the HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.3 but it gets stuck on please wait while we complete the USB connection

 

what am I doing wrong?

To know how to connect the printer to a wireless network, refer to this document.

 

Alternatively, you may connect the printer and the PC using a USB cable and then convert it to wireless.

Refer to this document to know how. 

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
