When faxing out of Mexico to an 800 number in the US, the phone company has an automatic message about toll charges. The message is so long the fax machine cuts off and I don't have time to accept toll charges. HELP!

I understand you have concerns with the phone billing company. You may have to get it checked from them.
Meanwhile, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.
