Inundated by fax reports on faxes sent with note caller ID

HP Officejet 5740 e-All-In-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last week our HP 5740 started printing out Fax Logs every 5-10 minutes and the log stated Type was Received, no CallerID, and Results was No fax with Pages = 0.  We tried disabling fax reports but that didn't work.  We had to completely disable the fax feature. Device firmware is up to date.  Our fax line does not have callerID as far as I know. Wondering if there is anyway to block these log reports from printing?

Let's try a fax restore here:

 

Setup menu > Fax setup > Restore settings

Welp...we got this one resolved.  The end user realized the fax # set on the fax was wrong, one digit off.  That would do it!  Thanks for your help.
