We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

After downloading and running the printer/scanner intallation software I get the following error which I cannot resolve. Note, the USB hardware is enabled in the BIOS and the drivers are up to date. I have tested all USB ports and they all work with various components including keyboards, external drives, bluetooth devices and other printers. Please help.

 

Error Message:

 

"This system does not meet one or more of the minimum requirements needed to install this product. The installation cannot continue.

 

Requirement:

 USB Drivers

 USB Hardware

 

Detials and Guidance or USB Driver Requirement:

 This computer does not have the necessary USB software support to allow completion of a USB installation.

 Required Action - Click Cancel to exit this software installation. In order to intall this device as a USB device, please refer to your computer documentation or USB add-in card documentation for more information about USB drivers.

 

Detials and Guidance or USB Hardward Requirement:

 This computer does not have the necessary USB software support to allow completion of a USB installation.

 Required Action - Click Cancel to exit this software installation. In order to intall this device as a USB device, please refer to your computer documentation or USB add-in card documentation for more information about USB drivers. If you are sure your computer has the physical USB connectors, refer to your computer documentation about how to enable USB in the BIOS."

Hi,
Click the Start button and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder.

Open the latest HP installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
Open the Setup folder.
Locate the usbready.exe file and rename it into usbready.old.exe
Browse back to the main extraction folder (the folders who starts with 7z) and launch the Setup.exe file.

Now follow the installation and check for any difference.
