Issue with HP Scan

OfficeJet Pro 7730
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have a customer who has a HP OfficeJet Pro 7730 she uses the HP SCAN software to scan.. But this constantly disconnects and says failed to connect so the HP Scan software will not open. When you run the fix (scan doctor) it works but we do not want to be keep doing this as it takes time.. I think because they have another HP printer in the office the HP Scan software is getting confused.

Thanks

Ryan
