Hi All

 

I have a HP Envy 4500 Printer & Scanner

 

My HP Envy 4500 is working good.

 

I already updated Drivers for HP Envy 4500 Printer  from HP Website.

 

However, since a month ago until today , I CAN NOT  make a SCAN  using my Software   NUANCE Power PDF Standard 3 .

 

When I ask at NUANCE software to SCAN , it is tell me that I CAN NOT SCAN because I CAN NOT find  ' HP TWAIN  ' .

 

In addition, I already updated my Software NUANCE Power PDF Standard3.

 

Please, could someone advise me where it is issue of HP Drivers  not working  OR maybe Windows 10 updates ?

 

OR  tell me which ' HP Software '  that I can use to make SCAN

Have you tried using any other scanning applications and check if the issue persists?

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix Scanning'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Let us use HP Smart app to scan.

Click here to download and know how to scan from the app.

 

Alternatively, You may also use HP Scan extended application to scan

Click here to download the app. Once installed, search Windows for HP Scan extended to open it.
