Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just recently my HP envy 7643 all in one printer stopped scanning in documents to my email.The printer keeps saying  " There was a problem connecting to the server" Touch retry to connect again or OK to end".  If I touch retry it is keeps giving the same error message of not being able to connect to the server.   It worked ever since I set in up 2 years ago until to day. Now that I work from home I  really need it to scan docs in. I know its something simple but I'm at a total loss right now.  I have been trying to troubleshoot for the past 8 hrs but to no avail. Someone out there know what could be the issue? Or any ideas?

Restart your Router, printer and computer.

 

Update the firmware: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
