hi?

 i have hp laser jet pro mfp M227 fdw,  

when i had annual leave somebody changes the settings. so now i cant sent a fax. the command says FAX JOB ADDED, but fax not sending. 

is there have ay body to help me, please

@deegii, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Are you using a dedicated fax line or a shared line?

Check the connections between the fax machine and the telephone jack. Make sure the cable used is a 2-wire phone cable.

Make sure there is a dial tone. Check the phone line.

 

Run a fax test

1. From the control panel, open the Setup menu.

2. Select the Service menu.

3. Select the Fax Service menu.

4. Select the Run Fax Test option. The printer prints a test report. Check the report.
