Product: LaserJet Pro MFPM426fdn
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

My LaserJet Pro MFP M426fdn has stopped scanning. It was working until about three weeks ago but suddenly stopped. It appears to be scanning (the function works and there is no error message) but the page scans blank. Copy function is the same - blank pages.
