My HP Envy Photo 7855 will not turn it's Bluettooth on so I can not scan to my computer ????

It does not support Bluetooth. Please go the following link to get software and drivers for your printer

Please use           Get the App          first.

wrong answer. my 7855 has a switch for turning on bluetooth smart and i have printed pictures off my phone with it .now it wont turn on
