My Office Jet 8630 will no longer scan from my computer

HP Recommended
Office Jet pro 8630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting a message that says scan is not currently available. I ran the trouble shooter and the Scan Doctor. No problems are found. I have rebooted the printer and I have rebooted my lap top. I hooked it up with the USB cable and the scan works. It is not working with WiFi. It still prints fine.

@Ananda1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

If you are able to print wirelessly, it means the connectivity between the devices is fine.

Use the HP Smart app to scan from your Win 10 PC(Wireless connectivity)

Click here to download and know more about the app.

Alternatively, use the HP Scan Extended app to scan and check if that helps.

Click here to download the app.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
