Hello guys,

I hope i can get some help because i´ve already tried so many things to solve this problem.

As you can see in the image below, the letters appear with a shadow when I print from the web and pdf files. The strange thing is that it prints well when from word software and the funtion copying from the printer.

Can you please help me? I really need to get some papers printed

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Please uninstall the printer driver from root level and download the full feature software

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

I tried directions from Krazy Toad posted on 7-15-20 . I also did a hard restart, align, and clean cartridges.  But still, a shadow when I print from the web and pdf files. Copies, test, and align page all print find.

Please Help, Kevin

Let's try to perform a Semi Full Reset and then setup the printer again

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope

Thank you
