I have an  imac desktop thats about 5 years old.  Here recently my HP Office jet 8620 stopped scanning in color.  I checked and it's set to scan on color but I don't know why it's not.  How do I fix this.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Was the printer able to copy in color?

 

If it is able, then  would suggest to try and reinstall the software.

If it's not able to copy in color, then likely the scanner is defective.
