I have not been able to print black ink since I purchased the machine.  I have done every cartridge cleaning, test prints, new cartridges, etc. available.  My printer is now out of warranty and these seems to be the only place I can communicate that I need assistance.

Why don't you try to call them? I think HP has phone assistance. Am I wrong?

Can anyone find the number?  It keeps directing me to the virtual chat person.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Since the device is out of warranty, and we've concluded that this is a hardware malfunction, I may have a few pointers/suggestions to help you out, however, since these suggestions are limited to you and your printer alone, I'd like to send out a private message with those details.
