Hello, My ISP just changed out the router, now the printer won't join the network. Tried everything in the book, nothing works. Please any help appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

Try following 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app' below:

If you experience further issues, make sure your router broadcasts a unique 2.4GHz SSID, as the printer does not support a 5GHz Wi-fi band.

Thanks Shlomi, I was able to connect to it's wifi and make my copies.
