Office Jet Pro 8715 will not copy 2 sided document to 2 sided copy

Office Jet Pro 8715
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Will not copy 2 sided original to 2 sided copy.  Says "The selected paper tray cannot be used for copying both sides of a page.  The original is in the auto feed tray.

Took the steps outlined by the printer says 'The selected paper or tray cannot be used for copying  on both sides of a page.

When printing it will print on both sides of the paper, just will not copy 2 sided to 2 sided.

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.

Please do check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
