OfficeJet Pro 9675:  Fax Confirmation Sheet Fails to print even though it is configured to print one.

Riddle_Decipher is at your service. 

 

As I understand your printer isn't printing the fax confirmation sheet,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

Have you ensured the Send and Receive under fax reports is ON?

 

While you respond to that, here's what you need to do:

Check the fax settings again, make sure that On (Send and Receive)  is select under fax reports

  • Touch (right arrow), and then touch Setup.
  • Touch Fax Setup, and then touch Fax Reports 

If that doesnt work, restore fax settings and re-configure fax
If the issue persists, you may need to perform the semi-reset as the last resort,

 

Keep me posted,

For I shall follow-up on this case to ensure the concern has been addressed, 

And your device is up and running again, 

that said, If the information I've provided was helpful, 

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

FAX Setup Wizard

                Step 1 (Country, Name, Fax Number, etc)

                Step 2: Voice/Internet Options

                Step 3:  Setup configuration (voice line/DSL/etc)

                Step 4:  Additional Options

                                “….like to print a confirmation after a fax is sent or received?”

                                                “Yes” is checked

                                                “Send Fax Only” is selected

                Step 5:  Summary

                                “Run Test” is selected.

                                                Didn’t work.  “….the number you have dialed is not in service”

                                                (That’s another issue … something amiss with the test number)

                                                Report says High Frequency noise detected.

                                “Save Only”
