Recently I changed the black ink cartridge with a HP Genuine one on my wireless printer. Ever since then I am unable to print and am getting the following msgs on the printer screen.
"Cartridge might not have enough ink to complete start up. Press ok ... after pressing ok the following msg pops up
"Preparing printer" .,.. after some time the following msg pops up
"Cartridge jam, the print carriage cannot move, open the ink cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction and select ok... the following msg pops up
"Preparing printer" after some time of preparation the following msg pops up
"There is a problem with the printer or ink system turn printer off then on and if the problem insists contact HP support.
I have switched off/on the printer a number of times... furthermore after switching the pirnter off I have removed the plug and then replaced it and turned it on again to no avail... the above procedure insists...
