Please help! Using PageWide Pro 477 MFP DW on a work network. I recently had to move office location (only across the car park) and all was working OK, however, now when trying to scan a document, first page feeds through then I get a message saying "Cancelling Scan"
We have no service contract and my work IT helpdesk has been centralised and is hundreds of miles away! Any advice needs to be very plain english and in detail please as just little 'ol me got to try to sort this out .... and quickly as I scan a lot!
