Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Guys,

 

We have 5 users who are working from home using VPN. They are supposed to work on their office computers through RDP only.

All are using Windows 10 64 bit, HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 Series connected via USB.

We have set up scan to email.

Printers are new, Drivers are up to date.

Drivers and ports are redirected to RDP.

 

Issue : When they select scan to email, The scanned document is too dark. 

If they use HP Scan app on local pc, It works fine but the same app gives the same results through RDP.

 

Please assist!!!
