USing Envy with Dell Chromebook. My copies and scans are coming out with a much smaller display. How do get normal size prints?

@WxChaser, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

On the printer, go to Copy > Settings(gear icon) > Resize > Choose as required.

Alternatively, on the same menu, scroll down to Restore factory defaults > yes.

 

Now, try to make a copy on the printer and check if the issue persists.
