Product: Envy 5055

My envy 5055 printer is stuck enlarging the copies I make. I have gone to settings and changed it to actual size but when I push copy it enlarges it 110%. I have tried changing the custom setting to 100% but it continues to enlarge. I turned off the printer and unplugged it from the wall and started it over again but it still enlarges. It doesn't when I send a copy from the computer.

If the printer is on the network,

If you have not already done so,

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to set / adjust the Copy Defaults.

 

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Copy > Settings > Default Settings / Copy Defaults (wording can vary)

 

For example, Set the Resize to "Actual Size" or "Custom" and 100%
