Product: Office Jet 8720
The printer can find my wireless network and reads that I have a strong signal. I have printed and scanned with no issues for over a year on this printer until today.

I am able to air print over the network, but when I try to scan to email I get the following message:

“Cannot connect to server. Check server name and address.”

I have unplugged both the router and the printer. I also restored the network settings on the printer. Any other suggestions on how to fix this issue??? Thanks!
