When trying to copy a document in Black Ink the Printer Prints in either Blue or Green.  Have tried pushing the Copy in Black button when starting the Copy process.

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that it is not printing in black. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

Clean the ink cartridges.

  1. Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, then touch Setup.

  3. Touch Tools, then touch Clean Cartridges.

    The printer prints a Print Quality Diagnostic report.

  4. Examine the print quality on the Print Quality Diagnostic report.
