Hello, my printer (hp deskjet 2630) has printed some documents of other person... so someone has been able to connect to my printer. How is it possible?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

That is because of Wi-Fi Direct. Change the default Wi-Fi Direct password using these stepe: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04577030

I'm not able to change my password.There is an error message

"Communication between browser and printer has been interrupted"

Is your printer connected to your wireless network or are you using the wifi-direct connection?

  • On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button  and the Information button  at the same time.
  • Both a Network Configuration Page and a Wireless Network Test Report print.
  • Check the SSID and the IP address of the printer.
  • Enter this IP address on a web browser(Google Chrome or Firefox)
  • If you get any security notification, click on show details/advanced and 'proceed to this website'.
  • Go to Wireless > Wifi-direct > Change the password.

Restore the network settings on the Printer: Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds

 

Try  connecting the Printer through the HP Smart App: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142
