Re: HP Officejet Pro 8620 all in one and Mac OS Catalina flatbed scan not working
I'm also a very unhappy owner of an Officejet Pro 8620 that no longer has full functionality following upgrading my MacBook Pro to Catalina. As this an acknowledged issue with the HP driver, how much longer are we going to have to wait for HP to issue a fix? or are HP expecting Apple to sort it out? I've just had a macOS update to Catalina )now at 10.15.2), and the scanner issues detailed by others persist (won't scan from flatbed, and won't scan to my computer). It's all well and good advising us of the work arounds, but we deserve a fix! How long must we wait?
