Hi, I have the exact same issue with my Envy 7830 -> no pin is being send by email.  

Can you take a look if it is still a server issue ?

Did you try any troubleshooting steps?

 

Meanwhile:

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Update the printer firmware

Hi,

 

I contacted HP support and the test was to use a gmail or hotmail/live domain name to see if the mail is received or not.

This worked, so it seems that it is not related to the services of HP, but my domain registrar is blocking this email with the pin code as spam.

Now I use my redirect email address instead of my own forward domain as a solution.
