I am unable to scan from my computer (this is the error message).
I am not able to successfully STOP or PAUSE the WIA taking these steps. I get an error message that "Windows cannot stop the WIA at this time", and the code is 1061, the service cannot accept control messages at this time."
I've tried it rebooting the pc and turning the printer off while attempting.

How is the printer connected, USB or WiFi?
