Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to do a scan to email.
- Provide the printer model number or product number?
- Are you getting any error message?
- Did you do any changes to the printer?
Update the printer firmware

HP printer Photosmart 5520. Serial CN342 1426Z, Model CX042-64004 CA . No chnages to printer but auto updates is ON. I wouldn't know if an update was downloaded between Monday Oct-1 and Thursday Oct-4. I was sucessful on Mon 10/1 but not on Thur/Fri Otc-4 & 5.

I tried on both my HP 7520 and 7858 printers. Both worked prior to this well. No error messages are received. It goes through the sequence of screens, scans and then says it was successful and will be sent to the email address but no documents show up. I have tried rebooting, changing wi-fi networks, etc. So far no luck on either printer.
