Re: Scanned to email documents do not get sent

Same here.  I even tried 2 different printers using multiple email addresses as well and nothing.  Need to get these documents scanned in order to file my expense report.

Re: Scanned to email documents do not get sent

@TLit

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to do a scan to email.

  • Provide the printer model number or product number?
  • Are you getting any error message?
  • Did you do any changes to the printer?

Meanwhile,

Update the printer firmware

Refer this HP document for the steps to update the printer firmware:- Click here

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.

Cheers.

I am seeing the same issue.

scan a document says it sent successfully and did not receive it.

turned off web-Services & reenabled it says it emailed the pin code and did not receive that.

Seeing the same issue,  was able to scan to email Wednesday 10/3.  Today I can’t.  Tried to rechristen a new email address and never received pin.

Re: Scanned to email documents do not get sent

Hi Sandy,

I tried on both my HP 7520 and 7858 printers.  Both worked prior to this well. No error messages are received.  It goes through the sequence of screens, scans and then says it was successful and will be sent to the email address but no documents show up.  I have tried rebooting, changing wi-fi networks, etc.  So far no luck on either printer.

Thanks

Re: Scanned to email documents do not get sent

Sandy,

I tried what you suggested and it did not work.  It tells me everything is up to date.  Just like the others that posted, I could use this feature just two days ago.
