Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. when I try and scan to email the following message comes up 

 

there was an internal processing error

please retry or manually check the firmware updates

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

Next follow the instructions on page 42 in the User Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05580316 to setup and use Scan to Email
