We have been trying to call HP and line is busy and then drops out - frustrating.  Our printer will not hold to memory our network connection to operate the scan and email functions. We are a business and this is vital for our outside communications. Numerous attempts to reconnect result in it only erroring back out in the printer.  We are looking for a technician  in Australia in the Central West area of NSW to look at this problem and rectify. Our attempts to contact HP have been fruitless. The printer is now out of warranty as it expired mid 2017.  Can someone help us with our dilemma.???????

Hi,

I suggest following below form to create a case and contact HP, to ensure you are using the correct details to contact HP:

Provide your printer serial number and follow the steps, then select the Phone support option and the contact details will be given for Australia,

Thank you, but we have already gone through this option with no success. This was our last resort to try and find support as website, phone and email have all failed to get us the help we require. We need a location of an HP tech that is able to come and diagnose the issue manually and we are at a loss as to who to turn to?
