Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Suddenly, I get a  'Scan Currently Unavailable.  Go to Home, Check WiFi connection and return to Scan".   WiFi is connected;  Will only allow me to Import or Use a Camera to photo a document.   I need to scan an actual document.  HELP!

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:

1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)

3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
