Привет команде HP, я купил ваше устройство M428fdn, при установке драйвера устройства (скачанного с официального сайта) на моем компьютере ошибок не было, тестовая страница вышла, но сканирование не работает, выдает ошибку - M428fdn не был найден ... Я перепробовал все известные мне методы лечения и ни один не дал результата ... Осталось переустановить W10 ...
Примечание: устройство работает, отлично работает на другом ПК!
Пожалуйста помоги! очень расстроился, что встретил такую ​​проблему !!!

Удали драйверы, скачай HPEasyStart_10_5_4216_12.exe

Эта утилита скачает LJM428f-M429f_UW_Full_WebPack_48.3.4530+.exe

Вот эти драйверы распознают принтер. Но у меня он всё равно виснет с этими драйверами.

Пока не ясно почему. Прошивка последняя.
