HP Recommended
Product: Laserjet Pro 400 MFP M425dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Cannot get the scanner to work on M425dn, have re-loaded software. Still does not want to scan.  Installed software on laptop running Windows 10 and it works fine.  Could this be a problem using Windows 7?

 

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
