When trying to scan a document from the HP Smart app, when clicking on scan it says opening HP Cloud Services and goes back to the HP Smart screen. Anyone known what is going on?
Try / Consider:
While the app is open,
Log out of the HP Smart for Windows application (top left account circle on the main menu)
Close the app.
Wait a several seconds...
Open the application,
Click the little "people" icon near the top left of the main / home menu,
Try to log in to your HP Account.
